Gerken & Associates celebrated 40 years in the real estate business last month. In 1975, my mom and dad started our real estate office on the now famous 76 Strip in Branson. Back then; there wasn't a whole lot going on - mostly lake lots and mobile home sales. Through the 80's, 90's and now into the millennial; Gerken & Associates continues to be a powerhouse in the real estate arena.
The agents within the Gerken & Associates umbrella have each served multiple times on the local realtor board, received awards and designations, as well as continue to play an active role in the community through the Rotary Club, Kiwanis Club, Women's Council of Realtors, Relay for Life, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Boy Scouts, just to name a few.
