My wife and I work side-by-side everyday selling real estate. After two years practicing as a licensed Realtor, Yulia Gerken took the additional classroom hours and passed the 5-hour exam required by the State of Missouri in order to attain her Broker's license. Now we're both Brokers!
Many times when I take buyers out to show property, I enjoy learning more about them other than their housing preferences. As a recent newlywed myself, one of my favorite questions to ask people is - "How long have you been married?" After they've told me how long and where they met, my follow-up question is - "What's the key to a successful marriage?" After the jokes subside, the number one consistent answer I generally hear is - "Accomplish goals together."
This certainly rings true with our marriage. Yulia and I love achieving personal and business goals together. I'm so thankful to follow my parent's footsteps and practice real estate alongside my wife. Congratulations Yulia; I'm proud of you!
