In a market like Branson, where 50% of the transactions involve vacation homes, I conduct a lot of business over the internet until home buyers are able to come to town and start looking. We ski mostly Table Rock Lake; which gets super warm during the summer. The season generally lasts until the middle of October, giving us a good six months to hang out on the water.
