Most of the homes currently listed for sale at Tall Timbers Camp are projected to be completed by early summer 2025. Each cabin showcases an electric fireplace with stone that runs from floor to mantle. Inventory is moving quickly! Phase 1 is nearly sold out, with only two 2-bedroom cabins still available. All other lots in in Phase 1 are under contract or sold. Phase 2 is also seeing strong demand, with several units going under contract last week.

Are there pet restrictions at this place?

No animals are permitted in each unit except for either (2) generally recognized household pets, each weighing less than 25 pounds, or (1) pet weighing less than 40 pounds.

Can owners self-manage their property?
