Yes, there are several nice lake homes in Ozark Paradise Village, but as of today, everything available is currently pending contract. The last two homes our office listed out there this week went under contract with 24-hours! There are no HOA fees currently being collected at Ozark Paradise Village. Owners are responsible for their own utilities. However, you can pay to join Oakmont Shores, which gives you access to their community amenities, including clubhouse, swimming pool, exercise facilities, tennis court, playground, pavilion, campground, Table Rock Lake access, courtesy dock, and boat launch.

UPDATE: As of today, Ozark Paradise Village has annual HOA dues of $275 which covers access to Oakmont community amenities. All homeowners and vacant lots owners pay the same annual HOA dues.

Hi Charlie, I saw your response about Ozark Village HOA fee not mandatory. To confirm when I called the Oakmont community office at 417-334-2106 the personnel at office said HOA is mandatory even for buying empty lot and that it becomes due when you buy.
