55+ Age Adult Communities

Summit Ridge Estates in Branson is the only 55+ age restricted community that offers villas. Wilderness Club offers single family residences, and the remaining locations are all condominiums.

Dear Charlie, the 55+ neighborhoods are hard to come by, I've been watching this page for some time. I'm ready to move to the Branson area, but need a quiet subdivision. Can you recommend something for someone who is age 55+? Thank you, Iris

Branson, Missouri serves as home and vacation destination to lots of retirees throughout the United States. Many of our neighborhoods are attractive to folks age 55+ given the quality of homes, friendly neighbors, quiet locations, low taxes, and close proximity to hospitals, city goods, and services. In addition, many of our gated, golf resorts feel like a 'community within a community', with lots of fun things always to do. I'll email you a list of great Branson neighborhoods to consider that are not 55+ age restricted, but sure almost feel that way!

As of today, everything currently listed in our 55+ age restricted communities is under contract due to close soon. I'll email you some other Table Rock Lake neighborhood locations to consider.
