Yes, Stonebridge Village is a gated community, offering the beautiful 18-hole LedgeStone golf course. It also has other great amenities like clubhouse, restaurant, swimming pools, fitness gym, tennis courts, playgrounds, etc.

Do any golf course communities include golf fees in property owners fees?

There are several great golf course communities in Branson and the surrounding area. Most have golf fees included in the HOA dues which goes towards maintenance of the course. Owners get a discounted fee to play.
