After college graduation, Yulia visited the United States and was captivated by Branson's natural beauty, lakes, and vibrant entertainment scene. This led her to secure a work visa and choose to make Branson, Missouri her new home.

Yulia's journey in America is a tale of determination and ambition, marked by a five-year path to citizenship. Embracing new challenges, she ventured into real estate and successfully obtained her Missouri Salesperson and Brokers license in 2013.

Initially conceived as a creative outlet, Yulia and Charlie established Hustle Back LLC in 2014, a powerhouse referral organization, boasting over $100 million in sold real estate volume across the nation. In 2015, Charlie and Yulia eloped to Jamaica, solidifying their partnership in life and business.

For over a decade, Yulia served as a Broker at Gerken & Associates, where her duties transcended beyond real estate transactions. In addition to residential and commercial sales, she played a pivotal role in overseeing office management, promotional materials, and meticulous handling of accounting.
