how do you figure out which properties make the most money for the lowest sale price?

Lots of variables to consider! A low list price property might not make for a good rental. Just like strong lease financials don't always support a high list price. It also depends on the rental management, their services, fees, etc. Sometimes just simply switching to a lower split, more aggressive leasing agent will turn around a low producing property into a high income earner. Branson Tri-Lakes area vacation rental properties differ in size, location, and amenities offered, so results may vary. In addition, some owners utilize their property for personal use more so than others. Therefore, we see these vacation rental properties generate anywhere between a few thousand dollars to well over $100k+ annually.

Anytime we list an income producing property, we encourage the owner to provide us their financials to share with prospective buyers.
