Boats may be stored in the garage or outside beside the residence on concrete or asphalt.

According to Cedar Wood Acres protective covenants, fences are not encouraged, but properly constructed and installed fences may be approved for construction by the developers. Chain link fences are not permitted, except that an appropriate dog run can be authorized by the developers. Privacy fences may not exceed forty-eight (48) inches in height and must have boards on both sides.
