I was following the big home on Sunrise, did it get withdrawn or go under contract?

Sold! We closed on 125 Sunrise Cove last week.

Hello, we are looking at a unit overlooking a pond and we're wondering if fences in the back yard are allowed? If they are, could I be emailed a copy of thw policy governing those kind of modifications?

What is the scope of this neighborhood?

Cross Creek is a master planned community comprised of 30 home sites within the Woodlands phase, approximately 25 homes within the Homestead phase, and about 28 homes make up the Villas at Cross Creek.

This place is not inside city limits. Can owners shoot their guns for target practice?

The discharge of firearms of any kind, including BB guns, pellet guns, air-powered dart guns, and paintball guns, is strictly prohibited on residential property in Cross Creek.

Is it safe to assume mobiles and the like won't be going in here?

Cross Creek and Woodlands at Cross Creek allow for single-family homes to be constructed on site. Mobiles are modular homes are not permitted.

who is responsible for taking care of the landscaping in this subdivision?

At Cross Creek subdivision, each homeowner is responsible for maintaining their landscaping.

What information is available about satellite cable installation. Would there be any guidelines to follow?

In accordance with Cross Creek covenants and restrictions, no antennas, aerials, discs, dishes, or other devices are permitted unless approved by the Developer. We'll email you a copy of the full policy for review.

There are (4) new construction homes due to be completed by end summer, although (3) of them are currently under contract. Wood privacy fences are allowed, but chain link fences are not. All fencing and above ground swimming pool must be approved by neighborhood architectural control committee. HOA dues for Woodlands Cross Creek is currently $100 a year, which helps cover street maintenance and snow removal.
