What is the reservation system for the tennis courts at Holiday Hills?

There is not a reservation system for the tennis courts. They’re intended strictly for tennis use and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is there really a difference between prequalified and preapproved?

Fences, according to restrictions: "All screening walls must be constructed of an approved material. Complete plans (including gates) for any wall, fence or hedge, showing materials to be used, location and height, must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee for approval prior to construction."

Animals, according to restrictions: "No owner shall keep any animals except domestic animals, which intended to mean house pets and specifically excludes cows, hogs, sheep, goats, guinea fowls, ducks, chickens or turkeys or other animals that may interfere with the quietude, health or safety of the community."

Are the single family homes at Holiday Hills eligible for nightly rental use?

Holiday Hills homes are restricted from vacation rental use. However, there is a great selection of condos in the resort that are available for short-term leasing.

You mentioned there are short term leasings available,what would that consist of and general monthly rental amount. We are possibly looking to lease on a short term basis. We are considering moving to Branson and thought living there for awhile would let us know if we want to make the move permanent and if so, also allow us to look around for a place to buy

The Holiday Hills golf course in Branson is open to the public. It's a beautiful course and owner's get a discount to play!
