Lake Shore Hills Homes - Branson, Missouri

Lake Shore Hills is a quaint community gathering its name from its location on the eastern shores of Lake Taneycomo in the Ozark Mountains. This neighborhood area has been experiencing a bit of renaissance lately, where older lots are being cleared for new homes. This is not entirely the case, for homes ranging from small to large stately manors are still widely available.

Properties for sale at Lake Shores Hills come in a variety of forms embracing the latest amenities with some of these homes even offering a private boat dock included in price. Plus, all utilities are public including water, sewer, electric, and cable. Often there are Lake Shore Hills vacant lots for sale too if you're looking to build a new construction home.

Regarding the location, this area is hard to beat as it is close to Branson schools, city parks, walking trails, Lake Taneycomo, and all things close to downtown Branson. Table Rock Lake, as well as Mark Twain National Forest are also in the area.

Lake Shore Hills truly has great access to the area and provides properties suitable for any type of real estate buyer. Want a copy of the neighborhood property restrictions? Is flood insurance required at Lake Shore Hills subdivision? Does that make financing more difficult?
Thanks,
Mike

Charlie Gerken - on 08/29/22

Yes, several homes in Lake Shore Hills are in the floodplain. Therefore, if financing, most banks will require homeowners to carry flood insurance through life of the loan. I'll email you some local lenders to contact about financing options in this location.

Let them come to you. Get new listings alerts by email.
