Each owner is allowed 3 feet around the permitter of the home for gardening.

We have two large dogs, but I see none of the homes listed have fencing. Is it allowed here?

I noted the coa fee on the current available listing @ 5 Oak isn’t the same as the unit @ 20 Willow currently under contract. Why such Difference? $281 vs $348. Thanks

According to Lakewood Estates covenants and restrictions, no reptiles, rabbits, livestock, fowl, or poultry of any kind shall be kept, raised, or bred in any portion of the property, except (1) dog, cat, bird, or other household animal, may be kept as a pet in the condominium unit. There shall be no structure maintained for any such animal outside the condominium unit at any time.

Current HOA dues for this home is $281/mo. Lakewood Estates resides within a FEMA rated AE flood plain. AE flood zones are areas that present a 1% annual chance of flooding and a 26% chance over the life of a 30-year mortgage.
