Interesting question! I checked the neighborhood restrictions and there is no specific mention of fire pit use. However, there is mention that garbage, rubbish, leaves, etc. may not be burned on site and fires must be kept at least twenty (20) feet away from propane sources. Fires must also be totally extinguished when not personally attended.

Therefore, as long as the homeowner is responsible with open flame, not burning anything outside wood materials, and the smoke is not disturbing other homeowners, then you may likely be permitted use of a small metal screened firepit.

However, in general, if a subject item is not specifically addressed in the covenants and restrictions, I advise prospective buyers and homeowners to always confirm with the neighborhood homeowner association for permission before use.

Yes, dogs and cats are allowed. According to the Branson Fall Creek RV Estates neighborhood restrictions, all pets must be kept on a leash not to exceed 10 feet in length. Pets must be kept inside after dark and never left unattended. No outside pet houses allowed. Aside from cats and dogs, any other pets must be approved by the neighborhood association board of directors.

Fall Creek RV Estates neighborhood restrictions prohibit owners from short-term leasing their property. However, owners can do vacation rental on the nearby condos at Fall Creek Resort.

If one were to purchase in the area, is there any way to pay to use the amenities such as the pool?

Unfortunately, at this time, no. Diamond Resorts own the majority of community amenities on-site. Therefore, unless you have a timeshare membership with them, it's nearly impossible to join or buy-in to use of their amenities.

Many owners in Fall Creek RV Estates purchase pad sites for when they are traveling to Branson and need a place to park their RV. Unless the property has a for sale sign, it's likely not available to purchase at this time. Depending on the market, RV pad sites cost anywhere between $20k-40k. In addition, several of these pad sites have smaller modular homes on them. If so, they are priced much higher.
