What are the rules about putting up fences here?

Fences are generally discouraged, but with Association Board approval, well-constructed and properly installed fences are allowed. Acceptable materials for fences include brick, stone, wood, wrought iron, or underground invisible fencing.

Would homeowners in Southview be permitted to install a swimming pool?

In accordance with the covenants and restrictions, swimming pools may be constructed on any lot but must be in a rear or side yard. No temporary or above-ground pools are permitted. All swimming pools in Southview must be surrounded by screening or fencing and must be approved by the Association.
