Taneycomo Terrace is a 55+ age restricted community that allows long term rental. However, please note, prior to leasing a unit, the owner is responsible for completing necessary paperwork required by the association for tenant approval.

Are owners allowed to rent their places on a yearly basis?

No rentals are allowed. This was just changed recently

No security guard. It's an electric gate that stays open during the day and closed at night.

Good morning, just following up to my comment from a few weeks ago. Had the opportunity to be in Branson last week. Drove through the complex and really liked it. Our interest would be in a unit that has two car garage and again if one was furnished would be a plus but not a necessity. Would also be willing to lease if that was available. Thanks again.
