Yes, according to Summit Ridge Estates covenants and restrictions, a reasonable number of generally recognized household pets are permitted.

Are there any 55+ communities that do allow rentals?

Taneycomo Terrace is a 55+ age restricted community that allows long term rental. However, please note, prior to leasing a unit, the owner is responsible for completing necessary paperwork required by the association for tenant approval.

Good morning, just following up to my comment from a few weeks ago. Had the opportunity to be in Branson last week. Drove through the complex and really liked it. Our interest would be in a unit that has two car garage and again if one was furnished would be a plus but not a necessity. Would also be willing to lease if that was available. Thanks again.
