The Emerald Pointe front entry gates remain closed at all times. Access requires an entry code.

Smoking is restricted in many community areas, including common spaces such as hallways and stairwells. However, it is permitted on condo owners' balconies and patios. To ensure a clean and healthy environment, designated smoking zones are provided away from common areas and entrances.

Is there a gym available?

Yes, the fitness center is located in the clubhouse and is open daily from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.

All Emerald Pointe properties have homeowner association (HOA) dues. This fee covers all community amenities on site, e.g., swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness gym, tennis court, common area maintenance, entry gates, etc. Regardless of if you own a condo, home, or vacant lot, you pay this fee and thus have access to all neighborhood amenities.

Can you do nightly rental here?

There are several different condo subsections in Emerald Pointe. Some of these allow nightly rental use while others do not. You can always verify vacation rental approval for each individual listing on this website under the "Rent Info" section.
