A condo resale certificate is a form in which a condominium seller provides specific condo information to a buyer before the condo is sold. The form covers matters regarding the operations of the condominium owners association, such as if it has a right of first refusal on the condo, the monthly joint expense assessment, the existence of any common expense, special assessment, or other fees, whether any capital expenditures are anticipated, the amount of reserves for capital expenditures, and the operating budget.
