The front gate closes at 7 pm and opens at 7 am.

Can you have a gas BBQ grill?

According to Royal Vista restrictions, no gas or charcoal grills or grilling is allowed on decks or patios of the condominium units. Gas and charcoal grilling is allowed only in areas specifically designated by the association. Fortunately, electric grills may be used on decks or patios of all Royal Vista condominium units.

Are any utilities included in the condo fees?

Trash service is provided, but all other utilities are the responsibility of each property owner.

We are getting ready to retire and may be interested in relocating to the Branson area. If we live there full time, we would prefer a condo where there are no vacation rentals. I like what I see at Royal Vista -- what other complexes have no vacation rentals? Full disclosure - I am a MO licensed REALTOR.

Are financial records available for nightly rental bookings at 53 Royal Vista Dr #212, Branson? Can you send those to us?

Royal Vista in Branson restricts short-term leasing. Therefore, no vacation rental financials are avaible for these units. I'll email you a link to Branson nightly rental condo locations to consider.

Are pets allowed on the property? Is there a green area for dogs?

Yes, pets are allowed at Royal Vista Condominiums. Owners may have two generally recognized household pets, each of less than 25 pounds, or one pet of less than 40 pounds. There is plenty of greenspace available.

Does this association have a boat dock?

Royal Vista does not have a boat dock. The neighborhood overlooks Table Rock Lake, but it is not lakefront. Fortunately, there are several community docks in the immediate area where you may find private boat slips for sale. In addition, there are a few large public marinas nearby that offer boat slips for long-term lease.
