All Branson Creek properties have homeowner association (HOA) dues. This fee covers all community amenities on site, e.g., swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness gym, common area maintenance, etc. Regardless of if you own a condo, home, or vacant lot, you pay this fee.

In addition, condos and villas have condo owner association (COA) dues. Depending on which type of property, this fee may cover additional amenities, yard service, landscape, etc.

Branson Creek condo owners pay both COA and HOA fees. COA fee covers building insurance, building and common area maintenance, trash pickup, and snow removal. All associated HOA/COA fees including annual property taxes are listed under each property listing on this website.
