Yes! You might be surprised how much income these units can generate. Owners at The Greens have option to lease their condo short-term, whether that be on their own, or through a property management company. There is not a property manager on site at this complex.

What is the pet policy at The Greens?

Pets allowed! According to The Greens condo restrictions, dogs, cats, or other usual household pets may be kept by owners. All dogs must be kept on a leash not to exceed six (6) feet in length.
