The condo owner is solely responsible for the HVAC, water heater, and all appliances. The condo owners' association covers building insurance, exterior maintenance, common area upkeep, swimming pool maintenance, and trash service.

As of today, a 3-bedroom unit is $218, 2-bedroom is $144, and a 1-bedroom unit is $117 per month. These dues help cover access to community amenities along with building exterior and common area maintenance, landscape, and trash service.
