Why did you have to scalp a beautiful mountain to construct ugly condos with asphalt, white lined driveways? There is no longer any wilderness on that mountain. It’s so sad. Such a scenic part of Table Rock Lake destroyed.

Wilderness Mountain has 65 lodges. In addition, there are four condominiums located above the indoor swimming pool.

Each lodge may have up to (2) generally recognized household pets weighing less than twenty-five pounds each or (1) pet weighing less than forty pounds.

The new Wilderness Mountain homes should be finished within next couple of months, so we expect a few resale properties to hit the market then, if not sooner. The condo building with indoor pool is schedule for completion by end September. In addition, the developer is contemplating building more units depending how successful phase 1 turns out.
