What are the standards for building a new home in Shoals Bend?

There are a list of standards for building within this community. Generally speaking, homes must be at least 1,600 square feet of living space, have at least 450 square feet of garage space and have concrete driveways and walkways to the house. We will send you an email containing the full policy.
