Would you recommend new construction or existing home purchase in Hollister these days?

Charlie Gerken, Realtor - on 10/13/22

Aside from current inventory available, it primarily depends on your timeframe. Do you need immediate occupancy or can you wait 4-7 months for new construction to be completed? Most folks purchase existing built homes because they don't have time to wait for something to be completed, unless the new home is already finished and ready to go. I'll email you a link to current options for both.
