What does lead paint disclosure mean?

Charlie Gerken, Realtor - on 02/14/24

A lead-based paint disclosure is required on any residential home built before 1978 to report any information on lead-based paint hazards from risk assessments or inspections. Since then, all new homes have not been required to report on lead paint since it is no longer used.
