What is the monthly HOA fee?

All River Point Estates properties have condo owner association (COA) dues, which are posted underneath each listing on this website. Currently at $175-$195, this fee covers all community amenities on site, including an outdoor swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and fitness gym. The fee also includes building insurance, upkeep of exteriors and common areas, landscaping services, snow removal, and trash disposal.

No flood insurance required. Riverpoint Estates condos have never flooded. The only damage ever suffered from Lake Taneycomo flooding was the community boat dock and sea wall.

Are there private boat slips available here?

There's a community dock at River Point Estates for condo owner use only. The COA Board assigns boat slips on a first come, first served basis. All boats moored at the dock are privately owned.

Any Riverpoint Estates condos for sale on Taneycomo Lake?

As of today, there are no Hollister Riverpoint Estates condos available to purchase that overlook Lake Taneycomo.
