Over the past 3 years we have looked at 5 properties there; including when 169 Bears Paw Way was for sale 2-3 yrs ago. Love the guy across the street. We love this tract as well as those similar homes behind it. Have a 32' trailer. Have bumped my head getting to the 2nd floor. Looking for a unit with some soft of 2nd bathroom, A/C upstairs; even the 2nd floor notched out a bit or a 1-story unit. When the right one is available we would most likely be ready.
