Hi Charlie, is the central heat propane? Also, it says community sewer and water, does thus mean it’s not a septic system, but is community well? Not sure how that works etc…
The central heat system is electric. A community sewer and well serves homes in the neighborhood. Owners pay a $55 monthly HOA fee that covers water and sewer. I just emailed you more information on the property.
