ROI widely depends on purchase price, location, operating expenses, and rental income. However, generally speaking, the average ROI for a vacation rental property currently in Branson today is approximately 11% before taxes, property management fees, and other expenses. This figure takes into account potential rental income, operating expenses, and property value appreciation.

I would love to see a list of properties that would be good as vacation rentals. We are originally from Iowa and living in Florida now. how do you figure out which properties make the most money for the lowest sale price?

Lots of variables to consider! A low list price property might not make for a good rental. Just like strong lease financials don't always support a high list price. It also depends on the rental management, their services, fees, etc. Sometimes just simply switching to a lower split, more aggressive leasing agent will turn around a low producing property into a high income earner. In addition, some owners utilize their property for personal use more so than others.
