Single-family homes in Branson Hills have a restriction against short-term rentals. Homeowners are prohibited from entering into any lease agreement for a duration shorter than six months. I'll email you a link to vacation rental locations to consider.

Is fencing allowed? We have two pups that require it.

All fences within the neighborhood must be approved by the architectural control committee. Generally, fences, including "invisible" fences, are not allowed within the golf range. However, certain ornamental fences may be permitted if they do not influence or impact play on the golf course.

Are the gates closed during the day or left open?

The Branson Hills front entry gates are closed at all times. You must have an access code to enter.

There is a restaurant on-site?

The Magnolia Grille offers a full menu complete with indoor and outdoor seating. There’s also a lounge area that includes televisions, card tables, and a bar, made perfect for private gatherings.

Monthly HOA dues cover access to clubhouse, fitness gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, and common area maintenance. The Villas At Branson Hills and nearby homes in Siena Estates, both inside the Branson Hills shopping district, offer lawn care included in their monthly HOA dues.
