Some of the Pointe Royale properties and portions of the common areas are immediately adjacent to the golf course. A golf ball easement allows guests and owners a non-exclusive easement over, across and upon the common elements in order to play golf.

Pointe Royale Golf Village has (2) lighted tennis courts next to the clubhouse and main swimming pool area. Equipment rental is available at the front desk. Both courts are neat, clean and ready to play!

is lawncare included in homeowner fees at Pointe Royale neighborhood?

Pointe Royale homeowner association dues do not cover yard service. Fortunately, there are many yardwork companies available that service this area.

Is boat storage available at Pointe Royale?

Pointe Royale does not offer boat storage for owners. Fortunately, owners have access to a number of boat storage facilities located off site nearby. Pointe Royale in Branson is a wonderful golf community on Lake Taneycomo, plus Table Rock Lake is located just around the bend.

Do homeowners have better amenities than condo owners?

All Pointe Royale residents, whether home, condo, or vacant lot owners, share the same community amenities.

Are these homes allowed to be leased short term for vacation rental?

Pointe Royale homes are restricted from vacation rental use. However, there is a great selection of condos in the resort that are available for short-term leasing.

Charlie, I had a wonderful chat with your wife last Saturday about Branson. My husband and I have been landlords 38 years and currently looking for property to do tax exchange. Our home closing in Iowa 6/30. Love branson and need your expertise on what is best income producing rental to purchase in branson with most amenities.
