is scenic court condo 13 still for sale?

We closed on 12 Scenic Court, Unit 13 yesterday. That's the second time we've sold that condo!

I noticed a few listings have a COA AND HOA listed. Does the property really have both? Also, what determines diamond access to the amenities?

Some properties for sale at Fall Creek Resort may have both a COA (Condominium Owners Association) fee and an HOA (Homeowners Association) fee. This dual fee structure exists because Diamond Resorts, which owns the on-site amenities (excluding the marina), oversees shared facilities like pools, the clubhouse, and mini golf.

The Fall Creek Resort COA is responsible for the upkeep of the condominium buildings, including exterior maintenance, landscaping, parking lots, trash, and services directly related to the condo property. Meanwhile, the HOA, managed by Diamond Resorts, oversees the community's shared amenities.

Unfortunately, access to Diamond Resorts' amenities has become increasingly rare for Fall Creek Resort owners. Over the past two decades, the collaboration between these organizations has dissolved. Most condos grandfathered with access to Diamond amenities lose that access after the unit is sold. Specifically, after a condo changes ownership three times, Diamond Resorts typically revokes amenity access.

Prospective Fall Creek Resort condo buyers should be aware that unless explicitly stated, it's highly unlikely the property will include access to amenities outside the marina. Buyers seeking condos for sale with swimming pool access should perform thorough due diligence and consider adding a contingency to the contract to confirm amenity availability.

Per the rules and regulations, only covered gas or electric grills may be used at Fall Creek Resort. Gas grills must only use 2.5 lb. tanks. No charcoal grills are permitted. Guests and owners may use the charcoal grill posted in the lawn by the Association.

Diamond Resort amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, clubhouse, game room, gardens, gazebo, golf-putting green, horseshoe pit, fishing, picnic areas, playground, shuffleboard, tennis court, and volleyball.

Are condo owners allowed to have dogs?

Hi Shane. Fall Creek Resort does not have a golf course, but Pointe Royale, which resides next door, offers a golf course available to the public. In total, there are 12 golf courses in Branson and the nearby surrounding area.

I live at the Fall Creek Condos. Bldg 530 unit #5
We have a crappy loft condo. We rent it for $600.
There is a huge crack in the wall where the loft is. Sheetrock is coming off and exposing the metal wall. The air ducts need cleaning. My allergies are worse than they've ever been.
Our unit is owned by Dee and Carol Cheney. They dont fix anything. The plumber had to come for issues with our toilets and he said toilets need to be replaced. It's so need of updating its pathetic.
